I would like to thank you for an excellent flight on Monday evening. The flight was purchased as a birthday present for my mother and I can categorically state that it was a great success. We were fortunate with the weather and the flight afforded us excellent views of the city of Bristol even allowing me to take a few photographs of my apartment on the way past!
I would particularly like to mention and thank the pilot for the flight, Gavin Hales, who created just the right atmosphere for the flight with his obvious professionalism, geographical and ballooning knowledge whilst maintaining a genial atmosphere for everyone involved. The flight finale of a gentle landing in a very picturesque setting aptly concluded an excellent experience.
In summary the flight was a great event providing a birthday present for my mother will never forget, delivered by an obviously very professional and well organised company.
